Terms of Service for A2GM

Welcome to A2GM, the command deck for managing Aion 2 guilds. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and A2GM ("A2GM", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- Access requires signing in with a valid Discord account managed through Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Discord credentials and any activity that takes place while you are signed in.
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not responsible for losses that occur because you failed to secure your credentials or delegated access irresponsibly.
Service Description
A2GM provides tooling for coordinating guild membership, loot, and scheduling within Aion 2 through web dashboards, Discord integrations, and supporting APIs. Features evolve over time, and we may add or remove capabilities to improve overall performance. We will provide notice for changes that have a material impact on your paid plan, including significant product changes or discontinuations, via email or in-product announcements. Although we continually iterate, we provide no guarantees regarding future products, improvements, enhancements, or support; a current subscription does not entitle you to future releases or continued availability of any specific feature. Your decision to access or continue using the Service confirms your ongoing agreement with these Terms and related policies.
Guild Data and Permissions
- Guild owners and administrators control which members obtain elevated permissions inside A2GM and Discord. Any modifications made by authorized users—including DKP changes, roster edits, or schedule updates—are deemed approved actions of your guild.
- A2GM does not offer granular rollback of individual guild actions. Maintain your own backups for critical data and regularly review permission assignments.
- We are not liable for losses or disputes caused by actions taken by individuals with the access you granted, even if those individuals later become untrusted.
- We maintain platform-level backups for continuity but do not restore individual auctions, loot entries, revoke specific guild actions, or provide bespoke data recovery or administrative assistance.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
Paid plans are processed through DodoPayments. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method you provide. Pricing, plan inclusions, and billing cycles are described on the Service and may change with notice. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Refund Policy
- You may cancel at any time. Access remains available until the current billing period ends. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within the active period.
- Full refunds are available within 48 hours of the initial purchase if no premium features were used. Contact us within 24 hours to report accidental purchases.
- Refunds are not granted after premium features have been used, after 48 hours have passed, for accounts terminated for violating these Terms, or for requests submitted after the billing period concludes.
- To request a refund, contact [email protected] with the email tied to your subscription, describe the issue, and include relevant transaction details. Approved refunds are processed through DodoPayments to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
- If we terminate your service for a breach of these Terms, the current billing period is non-refundable and future charges will be canceled.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service solely for lawful guild management activities. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by bypassing rate limits or abusing APIs.
- Harass or harm other users or disseminate content that violates applicable law.
- Use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights or distribute malicious code.
Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Service depends on integrations with Discord, DodoPayments, Vercel, Clerk, and Convex. Each provider enforces its own terms and privacy practices. Changes to third-party APIs may affect availability or features, and we are not responsible for outages or limitations imposed by those services. We select partners that follow strong security practices, including SOC 2 certification where available.
Intellectual Property
A2GM owns the Service, including all software, documentation, logos, and content we provide. You retain ownership of the guild data you upload. By submitting feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use it without obligation to compensate you.
Service Availability and Support
We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may impact access. Support is primarily provided through our Discord server or by email at [email protected]. Response times may be delayed; we aim to reply within seven business days and may extend priority handling to premium subscribers when resources allow.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements, run without interruption, or be error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A2GM and its suppliers are not liable for any damages or losses of any kind arising from or related to the Service, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. You acknowledge and agree that we hold no liability to you under any legal theory.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold A2GM, its affiliates, and personnel harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your breach of third-party rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account, subscription, or access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or for no reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, and we may delete stored data according to our retention practices. You can cancel your subscription in-app or by contacting us.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. When changes are material, we will provide notice via email or within the Service before new terms take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
